FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Registration

Q: Why don't I receive invoices and notifications from the WI Skyward User Group?

A: The main reason people don't receive their invoices and/or other emails is that at some point, you opted out of receiving communications from us or your district's/company's firewall is blocking the emails and making your account flagged as opted out. To resolve this issue, reach out to your IT team to have the firewall issue resolved. In addition, ask your IT team to whitelist Cvent's IP addresses and domains. Refer to articles below:

Once resolved, contact us at contact@wiskywardusergroup.org to change the opt-out setting. Once changed, you will be able to access your registration, etc by going to the Already Registered link on the main page and following the prompts.

Q: I am unable to attend the conference. Can someone come in my place?

A: Yes, you can switch the attendee at any time by modifying your registration or contacting us via contact@wiskywardusergroup.org with your name, and the new attendee's registration information.

Q: Can I receive a refund if I am unable to make it to the conference?

A: If you cancel your registration via Cvent or via email to contact@wiskywardusergroup.org, we will refund registration fees up until 10 days prior to the conference. After this time, we are unable to provide a refund and any remaining amount due will need to be paid.

Q: Where should I send my registration fee check to?

A: Print the order summary/invoice and submit with payment by the final day of the conference to:

Wisconsin Skyward User Group, N7570 N Odeen Rd, Black River Falls, WI 54615

Do not send payments to Skyward. The WI Skyward User Group, Inc., which organizes the conferences, is a separate organization from Skyward, Inc.
