JIMMY CASAS

During the 2022 fall conference, Jimmy Casas inspired us to Live Our Excellence and bring our best selves to school every day. As educators, we must regularly ask ourselves:  Have we grown complacent? Have we settled for the status quo? It’s our job not to let average become the standard. When a classroom or school is in need of transformation, leadership is at its most critical and the fate of a school rests on its teachers and leader’s ability to gain support.   If you’re the type of educator who wants to inspire greatness in everyone who passes through your classroom and school’s halls, this presentation is a can’t miss. You will learn what it takes to raise expectations for all students and staff, foster the belief in one’s ability to achieve, and create an environment where everyone takes pride in supporting each other toward excellence!

THOMAS MURRAY

During the 2021 fall conference, Thomas Murray, educator, author & speaker, reminded us how to stay personal and authentic in the midst of adversity. The pandemic has brought uncertainty at every turn. Opening last school year in the midst of a global pandemic created significant anxiety and a loss of sleep for all educators, regardless of position. As we lead through uncertainty, how can we create a culture where both students and staff can thrive? How can we work to overcome fear and fail forward when things don't go as planned? How can we best leverage the things that we still control? Regardless of what happens outside our school walls, together we can work to create meaningful opportunities for those we serve when we hyper-focus on the things that matter most. The work is hard, but our kids are worth it!

JOE SANFELIPPO

During the 2019 fall conference, Dr. Joe Sanfelippo, the superintendent at Fall Creek School District, inspired us all with words of wisdom. Kids gather…learn…leave…and make the world we live in a better place. Amazing things happen all the time. School perception is often based on the narrative of those who attended years ago. Telling the real story of schools helps create a narrative that builds culture and gives everyone in your community an identity. Utilizing social media and empowering those around you to be the storytellers of your district is a great way to celebrate the success of students with parents and the community. FIND YOUR AUDIENCE... BUILD MOMENTUM... CELEBRATE KIDS!!
