LODGING
The Kalahari Resorts & Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells has a limited block of rooms for the Wisconsin Skyward User Group conference. The special conference four-person room rate is $114.40 (hut) or $136 (lodge). This group rate is guaranteed through Friday, March 22, 2024, 11:59 PM CST or until the rooms are sold out, whichever comes first.
NOTE: Rooms usually sell out prior to the room block closing, so it is highly recommended to register early!
Once the room block is full, the Kalahari may substitute overflow/off-site properties. To book a room at a neighboring hotel, click on Book Your Room on the confirmation page/email, then View All Hotels.
BOOKING A ROOM
After you register for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your room in Passkey by Cvent. You can also book your room from the registration confirmation page.
Please note: Passkey by Cvent is the only way to book a hotel room within our block, therefore we recommend registering for the conference early.
TAX-EXEMPT AND LETTERS OF AUTHORIZATION
Per Kalahari Resorts policy, Letters of Authorization, Tax Exemption forms, and/or Purchase Orders are NOT accepted hotel check-in. These forms should be submitted via email to dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com no later than 7 days in advance of the event. You may also fax these forms to 608-254-6116.
Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards.
INCIDENTALS CHARGE
Upon check-in at the Kalahari Resort, a $100 deposit for incidentals is required. It is advisable to use a credit card for this deposit, as funds held on a debit card may not be released immediately after check-out, and could take a few days depending on your bank's policies.
KALAHARI IS A CASHLESS RESORT
The Kalahari is a cashless resort, with the exception of bar tips. They accept credit and mobile payments (Apple/Google Pay) as well as room charges through your RFID wristband. Should you arrive on the property with only cash, kiosks are available to exchange your dollars for a Mastercard gift card that can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
The committee cannot assist with reservations or lodging issues.
