NAME BADGE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MEALS AND HOSPITALITY

Breakfast-Monday

Scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, turkey sausage links, hashbrowns, fresh cut fruit, muffins, breakfast breads, and fruit-filled danishes. Orange juice, apple juice, coffee and hot teas.

Lunch-Monday

Caesar salad with herbed croutons, shaved parmesan, tomato, caesar dressing, cavatappi pasta, penne pasta, tomato pomodoro sauce, alfredo sauce, meatballs, italian sausage, peppers & onions, broccolini, garlic bread sticks, tiramisu, coffee, hot teas, iced tea.

Hospitality

Cheese and saugsage, roasted swedish meatballs, quesadillas, chicken tenders, grilled pina colada chicken skewers, pretzels, vegetables crudites, chips and dip. Drink tickets include domestic, craft & imported beer, resort brand liquor, house wine, soda and water - other drinks may be purchased separately.

Breakfast-Tuesday

Breakfast burritos (sausage, bacon, ham, egg, jack cheese on flour tortilla), green chile sauce, sour cream, fruit-filled danished, muffins, croissants, butter, fruit jams. Orange juice, apple juice, coffee, and hot teas.

SPECIAL MEAL ACCOMMODATIONS

Please indicate special meal accommodations during registration. If you require a special meal, you will be given two special meal tickets during check-in.  One should be given to the Kalahari wait staff and one should be kept by the attendee.  It is the attendees responsibility to reach out to a server. The Kalahari asks that you find your seat before handing off the ticket so they know where to bring the special meal.

Hospitality includes appetizers, two drink tickets (good for domestic, craft & imported beer, resort brand liquor, house wine, soda and water - other drinks may be purchased separately), music entertainment, and door prizes. You must be present to win!
