BECOME A VENDOR

OUR VENDORS PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE!

The WI Skyward User Group, Inc. hosts a bi-annual conference held at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells. There will be 1 1/2 days of sessions in the areas of interest to Skyward® users. Exhibit spaces are available at the conference and will be in the large conference room in the middle of all the activities.

Vendors are a part of everything that goes on at the conference!

CALL FOR PRESENTERS

Would you like to host an individual session to demonstrate your company's product or services? You have the opportunity to host up to two sessions, depending on your vendor level.

We invite those interested in presenting at our conference to submit a request now. We have already begun planning for the conference. Having vendor sessions early in our planning process, gives vendors time/date preferences and allows the sessions to be available to attendees during conference registration. If you are interested in hosting a session(s), please click on the link below and complete the form ASAP.

Note: There are only a couple vendor sessions left for the 2024 Spring Conference and will be prioritized on a first come, first serve basis.

Note: Vendor session requests are automatically approved.

Date and time preference is not guaranteed and can be confirmed in March.

DOOR PRIZES & SPONSORSHIPS

Door Prizes: Vendors are encouraged to make lasting impressions by donating door prizes to the WI Skyward User Group attendees. Prizes will be given away during hospitality on Monday, and randomly selected from all participating attendees.

Exhibitors can also have their own drawing for only those who have provided their individual names.

​

Sponsorships: Sponsorships offer increased visibility and create greater brand awareness. By adding a sponsorship to your package above, you’ll be enhancing your presence at the conference.

KALAHARI REMINDERS

Every attempt will be made to place your booth near an outlet; however, in the event additional supplies are needed, you will be charged for the rental of extension cords, power strips, tapes or other supplies provided by the Kalahari. See service order form below.
